Yesterday was our last day with anything to do with the house in Libby. Thank the moving gods, we have made it out alive. Now onto the other business for this upcoming month. Oh, and it will be a busy one also. Yippie, not.

Stink’s little friend Banana is here and Ms B came over last night. We are wanting to go to Ross Creek Cedars this afternoon. Unfortunately, we may not be able to head to the Koontenai Fall due to pure exhaustion.

The forth will be spent doing small town fun stuff including parade, riding a shuttle to the festivities in the park, and then watching the fireworks from the cemetery. LOL, I know that probably sounds funny to most (okay, only a few) of you. T enter Troy, you literally have to drive down the mountain in the valley from all three entry points. The cemetery is up the mountain next to the little airport. It is pretty groovy cause we will be about eye level with them. I will take my camera to share the groovy pix.

On the fifth, we will be driving to Colville, WA. We were unable to be there on the 3rd for my MIL’s b-day, but we promised to be there on the 5th for a family pix. This was the only things she wanted for her B-day. A pix of her three sons and her step daughter. Well, for purely selfish reasons, one of her youngest son may not be coming up and the step daughter is insisted on leaving as soon and dawn’s butt crack comes over the horizon. I guess she could not soil her pure soul long 20 minutes for a pix and the only thing her over loving step mother asked for. Oh yeah, and this all has to do with me and not wanting to be used as a pawn for their mind games. Okay, that is a whole other story that I may or may not share at some other time.

I have gone to the LYS and picked up all of my hand spun to post on my Etsy Store. I have been winding up the stuff I have at the house, setting the twist in it, need to take pix, and will start loading the store with in the next week. Woo Hoo!!!!!!

I better be off to get a little bit done and then head up to the Cedars. Bear will have the boys in the truck with him and I will have the girls in the Subi with me. Hopefully I will remember my camera.

We are finally to the point where the only thing we need to do to the place in Libby is to clean it. Thank the gods. I am so sick and tired of moving. Have I mentioned that I hate to move? Well, if you have not gotten the memo yet, I HATE MOVING!!!!!!!!

Stink’s lil friend, Banana, from OK is here until Thursday. This should be interesting. We are going to take her with us to the house tomorrow. I refuse to clean Stink’s old bathroom. Then we will be taking Ms Banana to the Kootenai Falls probably on Monday or Tuesday. Then Miss B will be here on Monday. I will take all the candle lighting and happy thoughts for the safety of my sanity over the next week and a half. Okay, I am off

I have easily become addicted to silly reality shows. One of my faves was the Rock Star ones on CBS. The first season was full of great vocalists and musicians. One of my faves was Marty Casey. He totally transformed from a Heavy Metal sceamer to a great vocalist. Unfortunately he did not win, the other guy was prettier but not as in your face. You know, more user friendly. Here is the performance that made me want him to win.

I am at a total mental block, so maybe you will be able to dust off the cobwebies. There is a place we will be visiting next week that totally messes me up. Every time I step onto the land, I feel sea sick. When I step into house, I feel as if I am going to vomit and fall over. I have not even done this on the ocean while whale watching. After finding out my good friend was having problems with her puter, and then talking with the Puter Goddess, I wen on vigilant mode and made sure to update my puter protection system. As yarnoholic, one should be used to going in excess on subjects. LOL

So I went to my geeky porn site, CNet, uploaded the latest version of my fave protect all, then figured out a few more could not hurt. Well, I was fuk’n wrong. I was lucky to be able to log onto MyspaceIM, but I could not access anything else.

I was like WTF!!!!!! All of this external (and internal) shite, and then I get hit in one of the spots that really hurt. You take away my puter and internet. Not only can I not surf like the cyber junkie that I am, but I cannot play Sims, post crap for sale, chat with the outside world, look for jobs, and everything else we have become so dependent on the cybr-highway to provide for us.

I had the damn thing in SafeMode for most of the day, learned to spin feeding the bobbin like a lefty (so I am not only a switch knitter, but I am also now a switch spinner) After I deleted tons of shite, I finally decided to delete off the last thing I uploaded, the new puter-protectors. OMG, I uninsulated just one of them and she is running like a top. Woo Hoo, I did it all on my own, and all with out the Puter Goddess.

After moving some more shite into the new/used house, I plan on scanning stuff, and taking pix of stuff to post for sale. I will let you know where I have posted it. The hand spun yarn will go onto Etsy, I have a TON, I may decide to get rid of some small lots of yarn on E-bay, I still have some to go through, and then some dolls that I have picked up over the years. I don’t feel a bond to them and I have raised my daughter to be the anti-girl, and I am not going to live my life around what ifs.

So, I went in to the hospital in the town 18 miles to the east of here. I was hoping that the bad experience I had there back in November/December when they did an ultrasound on my thyroid. Let’s just say that they really lost out on passing me by for the receptionist/enroller possition cause they have gone through a few and none of them are the cheekiest of kitties.

I get to the hospital at 9:40 and see there is no one at the ladies window, so I step up and ask if this is there I need to be or do I just head right back. The wonderfull customer service rep blurted out “No, sit over there until I get through with them”. It seriously came out in a manner that not becoming of someone in customer service.

I sit quietly with my sock and knit away until the other lady who just answers phones and directs people tries to be friendly. She starts asking me about how I learned to braid my hair, those new fangle dangle knitting needles I am using, you know all the annoying small talk. I know I am a woman, but I do not do small talk. I am a realist. If you do not have something to say, then leave me allone and text venting texts.

I finally go back to the ultrasound place at 10:15. Okay, I got there twenty minutes early, got back there 15 minutes late and there were only two peeps ahead of me to be in-checked.

OMG, it is the same dude from the winter time who did my thyroid. You know when you are around a person and know matter how much training and practice a person has, they just do not oose competence and knowledge. Well, this is the same guy that who did both of the ultrasounds. Oh, and the shit icing is that my doc said that she did not totally feel my thyroid ultrasound was accurate since this dude is known to miss things. WTF!!!!!!!!

He views all over my belly and finds a few grape sized cysts and fyboid. Okay, biggy number one about why I do not like to go to male doctors and they do not seem to feel that woman issues are that serious and just poo hoo things. I know, I sound like a femi-nazi and anti-male, but I don’t give a shit. I have delt with male doctors most of my military career and hated it. I had been misdiagnosed more times than I could count and only when I was lucky enough to get one of the other females, did anything I went in for get taken seriously.

So, I left there pissed at being poo-hoo, I would like to see how he felt if he had grapes dangling off of his testicals, worried that the hormones I will have to take will add to my phycho factor, about the other things I really do need to get checked out cause I have been feeling like I have heat exhaustion for the past two days and even vomited with out warning today.

So I have been dealing with a wieght gaining issue for the past year. I was sitting happily at a size twelve until I quit smoking in 05 and just went up to a 14. That was fine with me. I loved how I looked in pix still. But in 07 I started to pack on the weight. The heat combined with the humidity made be feel physically ill, so there was little to no activity for me. So I understood why I was putting on some weight.

I went to the doctors numerous times, had multiple vials of blood drawn and they could not figure out why I was being effected to severely by the weather. Even after I came up here last year, I was sweating like a woman going through the change, it we had 3-4 feet of snow.

Yet again, many vials of blood were drawn. At one point during November and December, I had a lump in my throat that made it hard to swallow and was even felt by my doctor. Of course, by the time I made it in for an ultrasound, the lump had gone away.

In the year I have lived here, I have gained 20 more pounds, my eating has gone down drastically, my activity has gone up drastically, and the weight just keeps coming on. WTF?!?!?!

Well, as the fates would have it, we are now without insurance and I finally have a great doc who is working hard to figure it out.

Fae brought up the fact that my mother has had ovarian cycsts and Tiff has even had one so bad that I rushed her to the emergency clinic. Add in the fact that most of my weight is in my belly and I now look 5 months preggers, I started to get worried. One of my girlfriends, Angel, is gifted with the ability to see health issues and saw a mass on my left side associated with the ovary.

I finally got in to the doctors office yesterday and we went over my records and what has been done over the past year. Since I have hypoglycemia, plus the thyroid issue, she would love to do blood work since that is the only thing that can help there. The problem is that each of the blood work-ups will cost around 300 dollars. She poked around my belly and did feel a mass on my left side in the same spot Angel had seen. We are now scheduling an Ultrasound, which only costs around 150, and working from there.

All three of these issues can cause severe hormonal issues to include only being 32, won’t be 33 until August, and going through the same symtoms as a perimenopausel woman. Since the cysts can become the most severe, is easiest and cheepest to detect, and easiest to treat, we are starting there.
